How do I track my order ?
We use DHL as our main courier. You will receive emails and text messages from them to let you know the whereabouts of your item(s). This is why it is crucial that all information is correct and up to date.
Why has my order been cancelled?
Sometimes orders can be cancelled if an item is out of stock etc. We will always email beforehand to let you know what the situation is with your order.
I’m missing items from my order?
When an item(s) is missing from your order it may be because it was out of stock. If so, we will have previously emailed to let you know and a refund will have been issued. If an item has been missed by accident then please message us to let us know ASAP.
Faulty Item Received.
If an item has been received and it is found to have a fault then you must email us straight away. We will try our best to get a replacement sent out to you asap.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
You can cancel/make changes to your order, but it is important to get in touch straight away. When an order is placed we start processing it straight away. Sometimes orders can be despatched within an hour, so we need to be notified of any mistakes/changes asap.
How long does a refund take?
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
How do I apply a discount code?
At the checkout simply enter the discount code in the COUPON CODE box. Press the APPLY COUPON button. Then wait until the COUPON CODE APPLIED SUCESSFULLY bar shows. Please note not all discount codes will work on all products as some items may be exempt.
Can I use my gift card online and in store?
At the moment our gift cards can only be used online OR instore. Soon we will have some that can be used both instore and online.
How do I create or change my password to my account?
To create an account select MY ACCOUNT on the home menu. Fill in your details and press create account. You should receive an email to confirm the account has been set up. To change your password select password reset. Enter your email address and you will receive a password reset email from us.
I’m having issues signing in. What can I do?
If you are struggling to sign into your account it may be a problem with either your password or email address. Firstly make sure you have entered the correct email. Secondly make sure you are entering the correct password and you do not have Caps Lock activated. If this fails then try a password reset. Enter your email address and you will receive a password reset email from us. if you do not receive this email wait 5 minutes and try again. If it still hasn’t come through there might be a problem with the email your originally enter. please email us and one of our team will help email@example.com
