We use DHL as our main courier. You will receive emails and text messages from them to let you know the whereabouts of your item(s). This is why it is crucial that all information is correct and up to date.
DHL Next Working Day Delivery (24 Hour)
We offer next working day (24hour) delivery on all UK inland orders made before 1pm (with confirmed security result checks). Any orders outside of those hours will be dispatched the following working day.
Royal Mail Saturday Delivery
We offer Saturday delivery on orders made before 1pm on Friday (with confirmed security result checks). Any orders after this time will be dispatched the following week.
We offer a collect instore service. Simply place your order, select collect instore. Once your item(s) are ready we will email & text you to let you know. Then simply come down to the shop during trading hours to collect.
DHL European Express Delivery
We offer a 2 to 3 day delivery service to Europe. We do not include you local TAX or import fees in our pricing. You will have to pay these on delivery etc.
Rest Of World
DHL World Delivery
We post our orders worldwide. This service can sometimes take longer then usual. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your items to arrive. We do not include you local TAX or import fees in our pricing. You will have to pay these on delivery etc.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your items for any reason, you may return them to us for an exchange, store credit or refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Including return policy swing tag if applicable.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Form. Place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and retain proof of postage, as any loss will be at the buyers risk.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
